Monday's Off-Season News Bites

- As you probably already know, Sean Avery was arrested at his home in California after getting into an altercation with a police officer.



Really, Avery? And we thought you'd be smarter than that.





- Chuck Fletcher and Doug Wilson might have each other on speed dial. They made another trade with James Sheppard going to the Sharks for a third-rounder in 2013.





- The saga of Patrick O'Sullivan continues as he signs with the Phoenix Coyotes.





- There is a huge chance that the 2012 NHL Entry Draft will be held at Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh. We will pass out if it happens, literally.





- NHL.com did a list of the seven players who would like to be more than a one-hit wonder.





- NHL.com also has a list of the top ten players who could have a bounce-back season after having a terrible 2010-2011.





- We definitely laughed way too hard at this new Reebok/Sidney Crosby commercial







- The Ducks are keeping Randy Carlyle through the 2013-2014 season unless they see fit to fire him before his contract extension expires.
